Aerial martini glass is a truly unique aerial art form because (at the time of writing) the only four aerial martini glasses in the UK are all at Flight Fitness (that we know of!).

Lauren Red designed the aerial martini glasses, had them fabricated and had them fully load tested. She has worked on them extensively to find unique and interesting moves and combos to share in both classes and performances.

Lauren Red teaches aerial martini glass in private classes and one off speciality classes at Flight Fitness. Lauren Red can also travel around the UK and the world to teach in studios and venues with appropriate rigging. Get in touch to find out more!
