Aerial Hammock / Aerial Sling Classes

Aerial hammock (also known as aerial sling) is a loop of fabric suspended from the ceiling. A cross between hoop and silks, the fabric hugs and supports people’s bodies as they move through different tricks, poses and combos. Aerial sling is a very accessible art form as the slings are rigged low for beginners to sit or stand in them and we only get higher as people’s confidence and strength grows.

Aerial Sling Private Classes

Private classes are a great way to progress quickly in your chosen art form. Work with the same instructor each time to perfect your moves and work on your own individual plans based on what you want to achieve. Whether you are just starting out, have specific goals or want to work at a more intense pace, this class can be completely tailored to suit your goals.
