Aerial Silks Courses
One of the most beautiful aerial disciplines, Aerial Silks is a length of specialist material suspended from the rigging which enables you to climb, create shapes and perform sequences while suspended off the ground. Large crash mats are provided and our qualified, experienced, insured instructor will always be on hand to guide you through the steps.
Aerial Silks is an all over body workout. Learn to fly while building strength, getting more flexible and having fun! You’ll be so focused on each move and combo that you won’t notice what a workout you are getting. Everyone is welcome – there are no fitness, flexibility, strength or any other background requirements. Anyone aged 14 years or older can have a go in our group classes. Our instructors are experienced at working with people from all backgrounds from complete new starters with no aerial or pole experience to intermediate level performers. There is something for everyone and we welcome everyone. Children younger than 14 years can be taught in private classes with Lauren Red. Lauren is DBS checked, insured and qualified to teach children. Click here for more info about private classes.
Currently Aerial Silks is only available as a several week course depending on how many weeks are in the month. Contact us for the next start dates – they run regularly throughout the year.
