Aerial Silk is a length of specialist material hung from the ceiling which enables you to climb, create shapes and perform sequences while suspended off the ground. Large crash mats are provided and our qualified, experienced, insured instructors will always be on hand to guide you through the steps.

Aerial Silks is an all over body workout. Learn to fly while building strength, getting more flexible and having fun! You’ll be so focused on each move and combo that you won’t notice what a workout you are getting. Everyone is welcome – there are no fitness, flexibility, strength or any other background requirements. You don’t need to lose weight to start. Our instructors are experienced at working with people from all backgrounds – from complete new starters with no aerial or pole experience to intermediate level performers. There is something for everyone and we welcome everyone. 

Yes! Children’s aerial silks classes in Leicester run separately to the adult classes. Currently our children’s classes are for ages 9 years to 13 years and the adult classes are for ages 14 years and older. There is no upper age limit and our oldest students are in their seventies! People of all ages can enjoy the benefits of aerial silks.

• We offer Open Training / Practise sessions where you can practise the moves you have learnt in class. This is included in some memberships or as pay as you go (current students only). 
• We make the classes fun! You will learn a lot in a fun, supportive environment.
• We have a custom built private studio with four professionally checked and certified rigging points. The curtains will be drawn to create a private space. 
• Large crash mats will be used at all times and children will be taught how to exit all moves safely and with control. 
• We have opportunities for photoshoots and performances!

Our aerial silks classes are included in the Aerial Arts membership option, the dual Pole and Aerial membership option, with a Class Pass or as pay as you go. All prices are listed on the membership page and the online booking system.
