Private classes are a great way to progress quickly in your chosen art form. Book in with your chosen instructor to perfect your moves and work on a plan that is individual to you. Whether you are just starting out, have specific goals or want to work at a more intense pace, this class can be completely tailored to suit your goals.

Each class is 1 hour long and includes an intense warm up at the start and a relaxing cool down and stretch at the end.

We may also be able to run split sessions eg. 30 minutes pole, 30 minutes aerial hoop – however this is subject to instructor availability. We can also accommodate groups of people – please contact us for more details.
