Learn the wonderful art of trapeze on this 4 week beginner’s course. Taught by Gemma CakeyB, try out single moves, combos and tricks using the rope.

We will start with a thorough warm up and a good cool down and stretch. There will be elements of conditioning included to help build the strength required for the more advanced moves.

  • Everyone including people who haven’t tried pole or aerial before
  • There are no fitness or flexibility requirements
