On Saturday 18th May 11 students gathered to learn Doubles Aerial Hoop with Lauren Red and Gemma Cakey B. They learnt how to safely enter and exit the hoop as a duo, beautiful partner mirrors and balances and some scarier partner tumbles and catches too!
The feedback was amazing from the participants! Everyone enjoyed it and got a lot out of the workshop it seems, which is what we aimed for. See below for some quotes:
“As my first Aerial Hoop class I found it really enjoyable, some moves were harder to master but the talk through was superb so felt comfortable at all times. Thankyou Lauren and Gemma!”
“Lauren and Gemma hosted a very enjoyable, professional and well planned workshop. The venue and class numbers were perfect. Both instructors clearly demonstrated all moves and helped to assist us all through it. Thankyou!”
