Lauren Red was invited to perform at Emily’s Weird and Wonderful Showcase in Swindon!Lauren performed aerial hoop in heels and it went down very well! The crowd were so supportive and it was an honour to to take the stage alongside other talented performers such as Jamie Taylor, Daniel Rosen, Emily Smith, Steph Foster and Kristina and Heather Walker! Emily’s Pole Fitness students also performed some amazing routines on pole and hoop. It was such a great showcase everyone was left buzzing afterwards!
