Our friends Twisted Pole in Nottingham are hosting a fantastic competition – the Midlands Pole Champs. Lauren will be judging and after seeing the prelim videos it is shaping up to be a brilliant competition! Come and see some live pole dance performances and get inspired! It’s also a great chance to meet like minded pole dancers from across the region and talk about the activity we love the most: pole dance!

The finals will be held at Festival Hall, Hodgkinson Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, NG17 7DJ on Sunday the 7th April at 1pm.
