We hosted the multi title holding Sam King recently and we had such a great time! He taught two of his signature workshops and everyone learnt and achieved so much. His careful step by step teaching process meant everyone felt safe and supported and willing to try things that were out of their comfort zone. We had a great time and will definitely be practising all of his moves until we can have him back again soon! And we may not let him go ever again as we loved him so much! Thank you Sam – you are a legend!
