Flight Fitness were lucky enough to host the aerial powerhouse that is Leanne Laird the aerial silks artist. She provided a fab intro into aerial silks with everyone achieving new moves and discovering a new passion. Her anatomical and training knowledge is vast and everyone learned a lot from her!
