We achieved so much at Flight Fitness in 2025 and made so many important changes that have made a huge positive impact to all our clients.

• Installed a new highly rated, engineer certified aerial beam adding another high rigging point to the studio!
• Launched kids / young people’s aerial silks classes
• Launched a whole new membership system that offers maximum flexibility for minimum cost
• Hosted a brand new show – Good Girls Club! We had 22 performers and a sold out audience, it was an incredible night.
• Our longest running show Bad Girls Club raised £165 for the Leicester charity New Futures Project, who work directly with SW on the Leicester streets and in massage parlours.
• We hosted two socials – one in the Summer outdoors on the meadows and one inside for Halloween. Both were free of charge to our regular clients.
• Launched a brand new aerial art form – aerial sling!
• Hosted five photoshoots with the legendary photographer Denyer.
• Taught hundreds of classes, one off classes and workshops!
