Flight Fitness does not condone nor accept any brand of Smart Glasses in our studio. Please remove smart glasses on entry and store them in a bag / cover them when storing them.

The safety and privacy of our students and instructors is the most important thing to us and Smart Glasses represent a constant violation of privacy and trust when people in class did not consent to being filmed. Everyone deserves privacy, the opportunity to consent and for their decisions to be respected.

People who refuse to store and cover their Smart Glasses will be asked to leave and refunds will not be issued. If you are not sure please ask your instructor or direct any questions to info@flightfitness.co.uk

📱 WE ARE NOT BANNING ALL FILMING 📱
Filming on phones is absolutely fine and encouraged but please check with any and all people who are in the background of the video if they consent to a video being uploaded onto social media. This applies to both private and public profiles. Consent is everything. If they do not consent please edit the video or blur them out. This is not “being awkward” – some people’s safety (physical, financial, mental safety for example) depends on anonymity. We don’t know everyone’s situations and some people are trying to live through very difficult situations. We do not need to make it harder for them by sharing their information publicly.

Please respect other people’s privacy and choices and be excellent to eachother 💜
