After doing so well in the UK Professional Pole Championships in 2011 Lauren Red has decided to enter them again this year! Last year (after not expecting to get anywhere and entering for the fun of it) she came second in the Professional category narrowly missing first place by a fraction of a point. This year she has been invited to enter the Elite category and after thinking about it for a long, long time she has decided to go for it.

Competing against the long standing Pole Dance Greats, Lauren has again decided to focus on the fun elements rather than drive her self mad with competitiveness and made this video as a celebration of that fact. Pole training can be hard but it can also be a lot of fun!
