Death Punch Dave punched her way into Flight Fitness delivering two killer masterclasses across one weekend. Giving advice about strength training, delivering innovative strength exercises and coaching inverts, everyone who attended the workshops came away with tips and tricks to use in the future. She pushed all of us very hard and many people came away knowing they had given it 100% – we hope this carries on into the rest of their training!

Thanks to everyone who attended, it was an absolutely brilliant weekend and we hope to have Death Punch Dave back in Leicester in the future!
