Lauren Red was invited to teach a 2 hour dance workshop at Bliss Dance in Nuneaton. Eight lovely ladies strapped on their heels and slinked their way across the floor, learning rolls, balances, tumbles and different floorwork moves. We then combined them all into a routine they learnt at the end. It was a fantastic day and everyone had such a laugh! I hope to see more heels classes from them in the future, they took to it so well!
