Flight Fitness were invited to the ‘Find Your Fitness’ event at the King Power Stadium last month. It was a great networking opportunity and a real chance to get everyone talking about pole fitness! Everyone had a go on the stage pole – from personal trainers and Bikram enthusiasts to Zumba addicts and TRX lovers! They all gave it a go and loved it!
