Flight Fitness hosted a brilliant party recently as a teambuilding event! This lovely team pictured above spun, shimmied and pole danced their way to happiness even learning a routine at the end! WIth snacks and drinks provided by Flight, they had a demonstration by two current students displaying the incredible duet moves they had learnt during lessons and it went down a storm! Lauren Red also performed a demonstration, showcasing what can be achieved by years of hard work. Everyone left beaming to the rooftops and who knows what the coffee break conversation will be like on Monday!
