Man Hooping!

We are hosting a public open day on Sunday 21st July 11am – 5pm!

Running from 11am – 5pm, everyone is welcome – children, adults, families and everyone else! We will also be at the Love Loseby Lanes Street Party on Saturday the 20th July – come and see us, more details to be announced soon!

We will also be running 30 minute taster classes every hour in all of our different disciplines. It will be first come first served with limited places so get there early to get a place! All are welcome to join in and give anything a go: Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Poi Spinning, Hula Hoop and much more!
