Lauren Red was invited to teach a 3 hour dance masterclass at Twisted Pole in Nottingham and it was a brilliant day! Eleven dancers were taught 2 routines in completely different styles – hiphop and a sexier heels routine. It was a fab day putting spins and inverts together, discussing the finer points of putting together a competition routine and helping everyone come out of their sexy shell. A lot of the dancers had never worn heels before so this was completely new to them, and they rocked it! Such a great day, thankyou to Twisted Pole for having me over!
