Flight Fitness is proud to present the 6 week Beginner’s Aerial Silks Course!

Taught by Faye, this course will focus on building the strength and skills beginners need to start practising aerial silks (also known as fabric or tissu). Suitable for complete beginners!

A fantastic way to tone up, boost fitness and fly!

When is it?

Tuesdays 845pm – 945pm starting Tuesday 5th August

Thursdays 8pm – 9pm starting Thursday 7th August

How much will it cost?
The full course costs £60 (£10 per class) and a £10 deposit is required to book your place. The remaining £50 must be paid either in advance of the course starting or in cash on the first day of the course.
