CakeyB is back from her travels and ready to teach some hardcore kick ass moves in the aerial hoop! If you like drops, tumbles, unusual moves, doubles moves and out of the box combos then this is for you!

CakeyB has years of spotting experience and can help you get in and out of moves safely. She has also been aerial partners with Lauren Red for the last three years so can safely teach loads of doubles aerial hoop moves! Limited to 5 spaces across three hoops so lots of hoop time!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO TO JOIN THE CLASS

Only that you must be able to enter and exit the higher hoop safely unaided and unspotted by the instructor

Every Monday 7pm – 8pm
