This week we said goodbye to one of our amazing instructors – Gemma CakeyB. After instructing at Flight Fitness for almost a year she is leaving us to go and travel the globe! She has been a fabulous asset to the studio, always bringing endless enthusiasm, positivity and goofy antics to every class. Her love of pole and hoop meant she was always searching out (and coming up with) complex moves and pushing her students to the max.

She will be very sorely missed but we will be awaiting her with open arms when she returns in two years time. Bon voyage CakeyB, this is not the end.
