A £5 deposit via paypal is required to book a private lesson – Lauren Red is the only instructor available during the day but the other Flight Fitness instructors may be available in the evening. Get in touch to book and for more details!

Please note: Subject to availability, the £5 deposit is non refundable but may be transferable in some circumstances. All cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non refundable and payable in full. Please only book if you are going to turn up! Peak prices include bank holidays.
