The 2012 Miss Pole Dance UK, she is renowned for her strength, creativity and great teaching ability. She has travelled the world teaching workshops and performing and now she is coming to Leicester!

ALL THINGS HANDSPRING SATURDAY 18th APRIL 11:00am – 12:30pm – £40pp

Being able to do a handspring is NOT a requirement for this workshop. Whether you’re looking for combinations, deadlifts or trying a handspring for the first time – this workshop will go through different grips, strength techniques and focus on safely training all aspects of handsprings.

TIPS AND TRICKS SATURDAY 18th APRIL 1:00pm – 2:30pm – £40pp

For Students and instructors wanting to switch up their routine – gain some new techniques, advice and work on those hard to reach tricks. Mix up your training and get out of your ‘Pole Rut’ with new transitions and combinations. (note from Lauren – I will also be asking for an emphasis on interesting combos and new ways to put moves together!)

POWERFUL POLE SATURDAY 18th APRIL 2:45pm – 4:15pm – £40pp

Whether it be holding an Iron –X forever or flying into a Phoenix, this class will give you the tricks of the trade to make this happen. Learn how to use the correct muscles and alignment to achieve the POWERhouse moves.

Each workshop lasts 90 minutes and there will be a max of 2 people per pole. A £10 non refundable deposit is required to book your place. The remaining £30 MUST be paid by bank transfer one week prior to the workshop. An email will be sent out with these details closer to the time. Please contact us for more info.


Sarah who has never had any gymnastics or dance background found pole in 2009 and it has completely transformed her life. Sarah has found something she truly loves, and has found her new passion has given her new confidence to perform, train and teach. Sarah now has many qualifications in both fitness and pole and this shows in her workshops.
