Flight Fitness is very proud to present Gemma Cakebread – shiny new Aerial Hoop teacher!

Gemma Cakebread, (pictured above, blonde) has learnt Aerial Hoop with Lauren from the beginning. She survived Lauren Red’s rigorous teacher training and taught her first session tonight alongside Lauren. Known for her rock hard abs and love of all things strength related, she guided beginners through their first steps into the lyra. There were smiling faces all round and great feedback from her session, we look forward to many more fantastic classes with her!
