Handmade locally to a very high standard, these shorts are absolutely perfect for pole dance classes or practising at home! They can be adjusted using the ties at the side – have them short or long it is totally up to you!

Embroidered with the Flight Fitness logo, these shorts will fit every body type and are guaranteed not to get caught on the pole. Available in sizes XS – XL and everything inbetween, currently only in black or red but we will get other colours soon!
